Our service is designed to offer an additional expert perspective to help you and your local treating team make informed decisions about your care.
We do not conduct physical examinations, and our review is limited to the documentation submitted to us.
The use of Cancer Clarity MD's services, including the receipt of a written report or participation in a video consultation, does not establish a primary doctor-patient relationship. Our reviewing specialists act as independent consultants.

The accuracy, relevance, and clinical utility of our advisory report depend entirely on the completeness and accuracy of the medical records and information provided to us. Cancer Clarity MD is not responsible for omissions, errors, or incomplete data in the records submitted for review.
It is the responsibility of the patient or the referring physician to ensure that all relevant pathology reports, imaging studies, genomic testing results, and clinical notes are provided prior to the review.
The opinions and recommendations provided by Cancer Clarity MD are intended to complement, not replace, the clinical judgment of your local treating oncologist or primary care physician. We strongly encourage patients to share our advisory report with their primary medical team to discuss how the insights may integrate into their overall treatment plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cancer Clarity MD, its affiliates, and its reviewing physicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our advisory services, reliance on the information provided in our reports, or any subsequent medical decisions made by the patient or their treating physicians.
These terms and the provision of our services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cancer Clarity MD operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
