How the Review Works

A streamlined, secure process designed to provide you with expert insights quickly and efficiently.

1

Submit Your Records

Begin by creating a secure account on our HIPAA-compliant platform. You will be prompted to upload your relevant medical documents. You can upload files directly from your computer or use our mobile app to scan documents with your phone's camera.

What to Submit

To ensure a comprehensive review, please provide as much of the following as possible:

  • Pathology Reports: Results from biopsies or surgical resections confirming your diagnosis.
  • Imaging Reports: Written reports from CT, PET, MRI, or bone scans (actual images are usually not required initially).
  • Clinic Notes: Recent consultation notes from your primary oncologist detailing your current treatment plan.
  • Genomic/Molecular Testing: Results from next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels like FoundationOne, Tempus, or Caris, if performed.
  • Recent Lab Work: Recent comprehensive metabolic panels and complete blood counts.
2

Intelligent Record Organization

Once your documents are uploaded, our proprietary AI system securely processes them. Medical records are often hundreds of pages long and disorganized. Our technology extracts key data points - such as specific mutations, staging details, and prior treatments - and constructs a clear, chronological clinical timeline.

This crucial step ensures that the reviewing physician spends their time analyzing your case, rather than sorting through paperwork.

3

Physician Review & Analysis

A U.S. board-certified hematologist or oncologist specializing in your specific type of cancer reviews the organized clinical timeline alongside your original documents.

The specialist evaluates your current diagnosis, assesses the proposed treatment plan, and explores potential alternatives - including targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and relevant clinical trials - cross-referencing against the most current evidence-based guidelines.

Receive Your Written Report

Within 48 to 72 hours of confirming we have all necessary records, you will receive a notification that your report is ready. You can access the detailed, written report securely through our portal or mobile app.

The report is designed to be clear and actionable, providing you with insights to discuss with your primary oncology team. If you selected the consultation option, you will also schedule your video call with the reviewing physician at this time.
